[Glosario] Relational agency

Relational agency involves a capacity to offer support and to ask for support from othersy One’s ability to engage with the world is enhanced by doing so alongside others (Edwards & Mackenzie 2005)

(…) the concept of relational agency i.e. a capacity to align one’s thought and actions with those of others in order to interpret problems of practice and to respond to those interpretations (Edwards 2005: 169-170)
